    You know, for the record, I find it really, deeply tragic that someone with such a vibrant writing style, with such a forward-thinking political agenda, with such pull behind his name, can persist in having such a massive, inarguable gap in his understanding of human beings. Think of the incredible work Aaron Sorkin could be producing if he wasn’t this guy? And instead he goes around and says shit like this, and it slips into his films and his shows and it’s harmful, yeah, to the right now, but it’s also harmful because it’s lasting media created by someone who has enough talent and clout that you almost want to look past it, which is THE MOST DANGEROUS KIND, and he could be—god, he could be so great. Ugh, breaks my fucking heart.
